Advertising
Bookings
All bookings and TVC's must reach Scruffy TV at least 48 hours prior to the broadcast date and are subject to the stations approval and policies. Either party may cancel bookings upon 30 days prior notice.
If canceled by the client before the end of the contract the client will be charged as per TVC's already aired and less discounts if applied.
Payments
Payments for all advertising and or sponsored programs must be made payable to Scruffy TV Ltd.
Credit
Credit accounts can be opened on application in writing to the Manager of Scruffy TV via e-mail to info@scruffytv.co.uk. Clients without credit approval must pay in advance to broadcast commencement dates.
Credit will be extended to approved customers for a period of 30 days after billing only; thereafter a charge of 1.5% will be applied per month on the existing arrears until payment is made.
