Since 2010 Scruffy TV has undergone significant success in providing 24/7 Live Streaming Events and promoting Caribbean Artists and their Music to the rest of the world for free with our revenue dependant solely on advertising.

Scruffy TV originated from the Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia and over the past 5 years we have been dormant with providing our services but in the background have been redeveloping, restructuring, tweaking and troubleshooting to currently become what we believe to be a premier online destination for Live Streaming, On-Demand videos and a Merchandise store.

Operating such a platform to provide these services to you and our audience comes with high recurring monthly costs which can only be met via having the proper content to attract our audience and advertisers. All this, along with lessons learnt and a renewed commitment to showcasing diverse, cultural and engaging content, we are excited about the potential collaborations that can elevate the entertainment experience for you and our growing audience.

Scruffy TV requires your permission to feature your copyrighted content on the Scruffy TV platform. This agreement is non-exclusive and you will retain full ownership and control of your content.
